For Expedited Tracked orders: You will be emailed a parcel specific tracking number once your parcel has reached our carrier to enable you to follow the journey of your parcel. Alternatively, you can track your parcel in the 'Order History' area of 'My Account'. Your order will display a 'Parcel Tracking' link. Here you can find updated on the location of your parcel. If you feel that your order has still not arrived within the expected period, please contact us.
