You can send an item back without needing to have any person-to-person contact by using one of the following methods:
- Arrange a collection where the shipment can be left in a safe place.
- Take your return to the local DHL Service centre – DHL are adhering to the social distancing rules, with one person at the counter at any one time.
- Take your return to the local service point – the same rules apply as above, but if it's not DHL managed please ensure you check locally beforehand.
As always our return period is 60 days, helping any customers who are currently self-isolating.
